More than thirty years of drawing have shaped a way of seeing that goes beyond likeness. The smallest details can say the most — an expression, a familiar smile, the way someone looks at the people around them.

Graphite, charcoal, pastel and colour each offer a different way of bringing that character forward. Every commission begins with a photograph and develops into an original, drawn entirely by hand on paper.
